This study aims to examine innovations in school management related to the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) government program at the secondary school level. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design and applied data triangulation techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and supporting document analysis. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the MBG implementation was carried out through planning based on needs analysis and collaboration with various stakeholders. Furthermore, innovations were found in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service distribution and the implementation of digital monitoring through a barcode system and data dashboard. This program has proven to have positive impacts, including improving student stamina, readiness for learning, academic motivation, and fostering a healthy and collaborative school culture. Although program implementation still faces several obstacles, such as limited digital infrastructure, low technological literacy, and challenges in sustainable funding, this study confirms that innovation in school management plays a significant role in supporting the effectiveness of the MBG program implementation in schools.
