KAJIAN SOSIOLOGIS TUJUAN PENDIDIKAN DALAM PERSPEKTIFI SLAM

Educational goals are part of the educational component, which is likened to a direction in an educational process. The formulation of the objectives of Islamic education with a sociologies view must be oriented towards the nature of Islamic education itself. This paper examines the goals of education from an Islamic perspective. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method using a library approach. The results of this study indicate that the goals of Islamic education are veryin fluential when applied in society, where the goals of Islamic education can control how the culture and order of life in society will be. The formulation of Islamic education turns out to be sociological in nature or community-based, as an effort to devote all of its abilities to the interests of society in the context of worshiping Allah and carrying out its caliphate function on earth.
