IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN DALAM PELAKSANAAN FUNGSI MANAJEMEN DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

The quality of educational institutions can be seen from the management and management functions that run within these educational organizations. Educational institutions are still busy in public discussion because educational institutions can shape the character of students in carrying out teaching and learning activities. The personality of the Indonesian people has a positive influence on all fields and interactions caused by the quality or not of an educational institution in a nation and country. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, namely literature review or literature review, in which the researcher reads and examines a lot of books in the library or other sources such as print and electronic media. Good and qualified management will apply management principles which include POAC (Planning, Organization, Actualization and Controlling). Management must also be able to build quality and targeted education so that education in Indonesia can be even better and have a brilliant mind.
